Poor quality as in anatomically way off. In Canada you can mount certain birds you can only do so for educational purposes here. In Canada if an xray shows it wasn't shot and died of other causes you can mount a bird can't here in the U.S. Not sure about Bald Eagles.
If pigs could fly bacon would be harder to come by and there would be a lot of damaged trees.
