Hey DIED, Good ta hear from ya, old pal. We haven't yet seen the drilling records, tho I expect to have them within the week. I'll report back with the details. It is a 5" PVC well, hole is 9". Based on other wells within about 1/2 mile, I hope/expect a depth of about 80 - 100 feet or so, average mineral content (read that as well water that is well within the capabilities of an average softener) and minimal sulfur. The GPM's tend to vary from 15 - 50.
