what version of windows do you run?
If windows 7, then i think this will work
Click the Start button, type Programs and Features in the search box, and then select View installed updates in the left pane.
Under Uninstall an update, scroll down to the Microsoft Windows section.
Right-click Internet Explorer 10, click Uninstall, and when prompted, click Yes. You probably will have to reboot the computer .

Your best bet would be to google the best way to remove it ![wink wink](/images/graemlins/default/wink.gif) . Usually but not always it's recommended that you go to control panel, add/remove programs but I would check first.

Could always do a system restore before the updated time.

Dustin is correct. Uninstalling the IE 10 update will revert your browser to 9. Reboot is necessary since explorer is tied into Windows file manager.
If you go with Firefox, it gives you the option to import all your IE bookmarks at install. This makes the transition seamless, and there are a world of plugins for Firefox that you may like.
