I can't help much as I am pretty much a newbie, but I will ask a few questions so the pros might be able to get a better idea of how to help you.
1)What types of fish do you have in there?
2)What is the deepest part of the lake?
3)What is the water source?
4)Is there a Home owners association for help in funding?
