What isnt clear to me from that is that the 38 percent who got the shot and the shot was ineffective got the flu. perhaps so, but they could have had ineffective virus but were not exposed to the virus and therefore did not get it. I think you could prove the virus was 38 percent ineffective without the haveing 38 percent getting sick. As I said, not trying to beat a dead horse but there is just so much evidence that it works much better than doing nothing. Remember we still have freedom of choice.
