Looks like everybody had a blast.
I don't know if I'd trust the ice around here. I've only seen one person on the ice at the local lake, and the main body of water there still hasn't froze.
Yesterday morning's local news reports were grim. Two young gentlemen drowned after the ice they were on gave way. Cries for help were heard, and responded to, but it was too late
Another gal in a different situation was rescued after an hour in the frigid waters. She was holding onto a chunk of ice, and the Fire Department was able to break thru in one of their crafts and pluck her out. Really Cool!!!
We have "NO" safe Ice, at all, around here!
