ewest....Yes we learned that the hard way. In a "spur of the moment plan" we first tried the dragging method and the rope got tangled. So we ended up going out in a very shaky jon boat and pulling the cedar tree back out of the water and into the back of the jon boat with no motor, just a paddle! It was a mess...lol. We have a better plan using a small fiberglass boat next time...we'll see if that works better.
