In searching for a way to aerate the small 1/4 acre pond housing the TGG experiment, I went looking for a solar based solution. The folks at Vertex ran some numbers and showed my plan to be marginal at best. In the course of the conversation with Mike Prado, he came up with an idea for tapping into my existing aeration system on the big pond. The specs showed that the existing system could handle the addition of another diffuser in another pond via about a 600 foot airline ran from the big pond to the little pond.
They saved me hundreds of $ and didn't sell me as much stuff as they would have otherwise.
My hat's off to Mike and Sue and the Vertex Company....great folks! Thanks.
The airline goes in this weekend.

Thanks for the information. It seems like people are conditioned to report the bad things that happen and never compliment the good. Imagine what a better place the world would be if every time we went out of our way to be helpful to someone that it would be acknowledged in some way.
Holding a redear sunfish is like running with scissors.

Thank you for the kind words, Meadowlark! We are very fortunate to have such a great network of top notch distributers! It was a pleasure working with you - keep in touch.
