I love to eat on the bone BG. My pond is 1.4 acres and im managing for big BG. I harvest 4 to 5 inch BG for frying whole. I can eat about a dozen in one sitting, but I dont want to remove larger gills that might make it to trophy size. I also harvest bass over 15 inches. Here are some pics of em in the pan.
