I have a Stren feeder and have it set at 10 seconds, is that long enough or too short of a time?

If the fish eat all of the feed, it should be OK. If not, you're wasting money and adding to algae and crud buildup.

LIke Dave said is the food gone? For most of my clients using a Stren ADF-75D that is way too long. This Stren model has two motrs as the first one gets to full speed some food usually works its way to the lower motor then you get the programmed amount. It is a powerful 12 volt motor so in 10 secs it will throw some serious food.
