I think that it's almost $400.00, AND they're out of stock on it...

No, the product is legit. Actually, you can do the same thing with snail shells, or conch shells. Clattering noises will attract the fishes. Electronic equipment just boost the crap out of the normal feeding activities. I normally use a combination of metal screamers and spinner leaves to make the same noises as a use my float tubes or pontoon as I troll. Plenty of reaction from bass and panfish.
