As I was fileting and skinning about 50 bluegill we culled from a friends pond, I was wondering what others do with the remains.



Sometimes I leave them for the bear who lives behind the barn. Sometimes I dump them in front of a game camera to see what critters live in the neighborhood. Most of the time, I just bury them deep in one of the many compost piles I use for my gardens.



So, what do the rest of you do with your guts?
