JKB, your mother will definitely be in our prayers. Mind sharing her first name with us? Like Travis, I lost my mother to cancer too. She was only 43. I was very close to her, spoke with her everyday, and am blessed with many of her qualities. My son was 10 months old when she passed. A week ago, cancer took my grandmother as well. I had grown close to her as well, having lunch with her nearly everyday. So needless to say, the C word hits home for me and while I am not in your current situation, I certainly understand the pain, frustration, and helplessness you are feeling. I believe in prayer.
