You're welcome Ego. Heck that looks like a wonderful place to me. You got space, you got trees, you got water, you got what looks like from the aerial a very nice house. Who knows maybe your neighbors will be nice folks. I am predicting that all the doom and gloom being implied by others is not going to happen for you.
