I would like to put in a small minnow pond, small enough for two people to seine it easily. I was thinking four feet wide and ten feet long four feet deep, is that big enough? I would put in a few pallets for the eggs a pound of FH and a pound of GSH, as far as feeding them I have no idea. Any suggestions will be happily excepted.

I'm not sure how well GSH will do in a pond that small, you might want to consider single-species aquaculture.

Will you aerate?

Doing just FH is probably a good idea I didn't think airation would be needed, but I can if needed.

The waste products can be pretty overwhelming with a species that spawns like Fatheads. I'm not sure that's big enough.

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

Aireate Leupy. Then take maybe a pound out a month and spoil your fish in the big pond wink.
