I will post an update on my Magnolia Crappie experiment soon. I witnessed them slashing at my GSH and FHM feeding on pellets the other day - they looked to be at least 7" by now. Stocked them in October 2009 at 2-4", so I'm happy with their growth during the cool seasons.
