All crappie I catch are 7-8 inches. Have never caught one any bigger. I keep 95% of them, but the other 5% are clipped of all fins for bass food. Should I keep all of them, clip all of them, or mix it up. Any thoughts.

Have you ever caught one any smaller? As in when you are catching these 7-8" fish, are you also catching 4-5" fish? If you are clipping all their fins for bass food, they sure aren't surviving... I don't see why putting more out there with their finds missing would cause an issue other than giving the bass more easy pickings...

8 inch crappie is a tough meal for many bass. I would clip all fins of smaller size and eat the larger ones. It is coming up on crappie spawn time so put the hammer down.
