Cecil:
You'll need the swim noodles or some other closed cell foam. It's a bear to keep the corregated pipe air-tight AND go around the inside corners. You might be able to make an inside rectangular or square "ring" of large diameter PVC, gluing the pipe together for an airtight fit.
