i asked my local pond person on clearing a muddy pond and he sugestied aproduct called [bacta-pur pond] any one ever use this and what do u think of it

Welcome!
A quick google of that product reveals it's for algae control. If your problem is suspended clay (muddy water), it probably won't help at all.
Large quantities of gypsum or smaller quantities of alum are the most popular means to clear ponds.
