Im doing some research, its a material similar to bubble wrap for packaging. It just lays on top and floats, light weight and easy to remove. just have to do some testing on how warm it can get. With of course a submerged aeration for circulation of the warm water. You can laugh now
But I may have the only peacock bass tank in Texas in the end.
