Welcome Scottp.

What size is your pond?

What are the goals for your pond.

To answer this we'd need to know approx numbers and sizes of the fish. (to see if their is a good forage base for bass too)

It looks like you need to thin out the carp.

Having refreshed my memory of White Perch (Morone americana), a lake loaded down with them and German Carp is indeed out of whack IMO. Correcting their high numbers is going to be difficult in 100 acre BOW.

It's a good thing you do have (LM)Bass reproduction going on. What other predators are available/legal to stock in (Rhode Island?)?

100 acres?

It's not about the fish. It's about the pond. Take care of the pond and the fish will be fine. PB subscriber since before it was in color.

I thought the same thing DD. One hundred acres ain't no pond, that's a dang lake by anyone's standards.

I am not in any way qualified to advise on a 100 acre lake.

If the lake is clear of stumps and such, maybe a trawl net could knock down the numbers. Separating the fish would be a lot of work, but the good news is you would get a good survey.
