I have a 1 acre pond and followed all reccomendations of the fishery on how to stock it. We put the bait fish in 18 months ago along with 25 catfish. We have feed a total of 2 full bags of fish food and now our catfish are getting pretty big. Since we added the bass early this summer, we are now wondering, how many catfish do we harvest? Will the catfish effact our bass fishing in anyway in the future?
Thanks in advanvce for the help.

I'm probably in the top 5 of the "OMG I stocked too many Catfish" Club here. 25 Cats in 1 acre is not too awful many, and IMHO should have a small, mostly negligible impact on bass fishing.
If you don't have spawning structure (pipes, buckets, other cavities) for the cats, I'd just harvest cats as desired for eating.
