I was looking for some advice:
I recently built a new horse barn on our existing farm. For 20 years we have supplied water from a viable spring fed pond by way of a pump on the shore diverting the water into various hoses, and carried buckets in the winter.
I would like to use the pond year round with a buried water line that goes to the new stable.
I am having a hard time finding information on how to go about this.
My concerns are: damaging the integrity of the pond's wall, freezing and pump type and location.
