Reducing the overpopulation of bass is the essential first step. The finer points are available in Raising Trophy Bass, as JHAP mentioned. If the number of BG & RES is really low, restocking with adult bream to reestablish the forage base could be beneficial. How did last year's BG/RES spawn look?
