I have about thirty that are on my pond diving like crazy. Should I be giving them some encouragement to leave my pond?

Up to you, they might eat a some of your smaller fish but in my opinion won't have the same type of impact on your pond that commorants would.

Agree with Shorty.

On the positive side, they're beautiful, shy small ducks that shouldn't harm your pond.

On the negative side, they have very plain white breasts, so TJ is probably not interested in them.
