Just a couple observations after buying an All Seasons fish feeder this weekend. I was happy with the $440 price tag compared to the Texas Hunter feeder prices. There were a couple things I did not like right away: 1) you can not screw down the short legs that come with it onto a dock or platform; and 2) you can't lock the top to keep people from taking it off.
I will say I have All Seasons deer feeders and they do a great job so I'm expecting the feeder to work well and last.
I had a Moultrie before this which is discontinued now and was very happy with it. Unfortunately someone dropped the top into the lake, then it rained and ruined the motor/electronics.
I thought I'd just throw this out there in case someone is comparing feeders.

Have you tried different sized feed in it? I'm talking about how does it work with AM 600 vs. AM 500? If the food were to get wet from a flood or other scenario, how easy is the feeder to clean out and get running again?
How adjustable is the feeding times and duration of the feeding times?

Suggestion, chain lid to feeder , I've came close to dropping my lid, although I'd dive in after it no problem.
I believe in catch and release. I catch then release to the grease.. BG. CSBG. LMB. HSB. RES.

ashannon, I wish you well but we have had several clients with all season fish feeders and not happy. I do not know of a single one still in operation. Have to fix quite often. Not a bad deer feeder but you need much better quality when you put something that is not good with mositure (fish food) and stick it by a pond.

I had some feet welded onto it by a great welder in Llano.
There is not a way to chain the lid down unless you went down around the whole feeder and i dont think that'd even work. There are no handles or anything on the sides.
We just had a lot of rain and the food up under there did get wet and mashed up.
It's definitely not the best design and obvious that these guys are not big fish feeder people.
