I have posted before about my small pond that I want to make a little bigger. It looks like it was a bit bigger in it's previous life.
It is fed by a creek that obviously goes from a trickle to substantial according to the weather. I'd like to first seal up what's there (the water seeps through and under the rocky outlet) and perhaps add to the height of the dam. I have tried to throw some rock on the outlet but that is of course useless as there is no seal.
The outlet is only about 8 feet wide or so.
I did a quick Google search and came across:

Aqua-Tech Agri Dam & Pond Sealer

It seems too good to be true. The site says that you simply broadcast the product on the water surface like lawn fertilizer and it seeks the leaks and it's completely safe.
Has anyone had experience with this product?

I'd like to see the actual ingredients.. Probably just bentonite..

If it works as advertised it seems great!

I just realized this company is in Australia. I'm sure there's an equivilant product here.

If there is, I have yet to hear of anyone on this site using it and having it work (i.e. keep the pond leak sealed) for more than 2 years.
