My cousin and I are coming to the Expo in Arlington (can’t wait) we have a few extra days our wife’s gave us to have some fun. I do not know the area so I have been online looking for a good place to take him fishing on the way back home. He loves to fish for large cats (flatheads blues). We are coming from Columbia Missouri we will be heading south down highway 69 and 75 most of the way to Arlington. I have seen several large lakes on the map but there are so many I am scratching my head. We dont want to pay for a guide. We usually fish on the Missouri river and do very well. Any ideas would be great. Look forward to seeing some of you while we are their. Vincent Murphy

I'm from California so I don't have any ideas for you. I just thought I'd say I'm glad you're coming to the conference. It will be a great time.

the red river or Lake Texoma are loaded with GIANT catfish, and since you are used to river fishing the red river should be easy for you to fish since you are used to fishing that type of water. And it is on the way to and from the expo from MO. Good luck and I am looking forward to meeting a bunch or new people!! I met so many "pond Boss Celebs" last year. I have an autographed apron from lat yeat that I am bringing for the auction. I have to find in first.
