Todd -- congratulations for the kudos.
For new members who might not know Todd Overton, he has been a big part of helping many Pond Boss members trying to go beyond success.
Some may feel like it is a fine line between thanking or recognizing someone/something, and advertising a product. But, before we erase or ban anything questionable, there is generally a lot of behind-the-scenes discussion.
We absolutely don't tolerate advertisements for those selling knock-off purses and shoes. We don't tolerate first time members selling their wares -- unless they are have been long-time Pond Boss advertisers or supporters who we have known for a period of time.
