Would it be possible to get some pics of manifolds?
I'm looking for ideas on building one from PVC parts.

Is this what you're referring to?

wow - that looks great!
Yeah, I am looking at installing 2 diffusers and would like to regulate the pressure since one diffuser will be in ~9ft of water and the other in ~3ft of wate.

Something that will work but is not nearly as nice as the setup shown in the picture is garden hose manifolds. Some are a lot better quality than others but there are some pretty good brass ones that are full port reasonably priced. You have to use garden hose ends for the hose.

Thanks, Rmasonjr

I built the compressor box myself to DIY as much as possible with a lot of help from (the now late) Ted Lea regarding the placement of the fan in the bottom and the vent in the back (see other photo), to allow air to pass over the compressor because it does get very hot. This is something you want to keep in mind regarding the type of manifold and hose being used.

You might not be able to tell in the other photo, but even as the weighted tubing exits the box, I drilled the holes big enough to accomodate heater hose to protect the weighted tubing from vibration-wear.
